Starting My Research

Thanks God, finally i start to write my research. I've been waiting for one semester to figure out who is my sponsor. I've got Dr. T Hani Handoko, MBA, where is his teritory is about human resource management, organizational behaviour and strategic management. The subject of my research is about Organizational Citizenship Behaviour, and i'll focus on public service motivation. Honestly, this subject sound not familiar for me because i used to learn about marketing, consumer behaviour, brand, etc. But nothing is impossible, or according to Adidas' tagline : Impossible is nothing. So, I must finish this research before the new year. And i'll reach my dream...
